The peak industry watchdog for the print publishing community the ABA presides over both the Australian Bureau of Circulation and the Circulation Audit Board. The organisation was suffering from a dusty culture and perceptions that it was no longer relevant in an increasingly digital age. M&a successfully repositioned the ABA by working with the executive stakeholders and product management team to develop and launch an entirely new range of online self-service capabilities and new digital auditing services for web and 2.0 publishers. The project culminated in a 6 page Special Report written and produced by M&a and published in industry media to articulate the new direction of the ABA.
