Project Manager – Sydney

As a Project Manager you are responsible for the overall delivery of successful marketing campaigns – in scope, on time and on budget. Working closely with the Account Management team, you will demonstrate strong skills in leading projects end to end, working across multiple services teams to drive quality output and on time campaign delivery. Our environment is very fast paced and your proven ability to lead team execution to well-managed timelines and deliverables is key to providing quality outcomes for our clients.

The successful candidate will lead multiple client campaigns across the agency, interact regularly with execution teams, report project performance and tracking to internal stakeholders, and support overall campaign profitability.

The role

    • The main objective of this role is to lead delivery of marketing campaigns and deliver successful campaign outcomes for both clients and our business.


    • You will liaise with the Account Owner in regards to expectations, deliverables, budget and outcomes.


    • You will be a key part of Client Teams, updating internal stakeholders on project performance and collaborating to resolve any roadblocks.


    • You will encourage and drive support within internal teams to meet or exceed expectations across scope, timelines and budget.


    • Your key KPIs will include campaign gross margin and effective timeline management.

The successful candidate

To be successful you will have at least 3 years experience in a similar background of managing complex projects with a variety of contributors, stakeholders and resources. Preferably, your experience will be based in a Marketing Agency.
